Using synchronized jacks and precise level controls, the structure is lifted and adjusted in small increments to remove tilts and sags. Steel staging redistributes loads while floors and beams are brought back to design levels and locked with a strengthened plinth.
- Diagnostics: laser level survey, plumb checks, crack mapping, and identifying settlement zones
- Staging: jack points, steel beam grid, crib stacks, safety bracing, and monitoring markers
- Relevel: millimetre‑level adjustments in controlled steps with real‑time level and stress monitoring
- Lock‑in & Plinth: underpinning or grout infill where required, waterproof plinth, and reconnection of utilities
